Below are the reporting requirements related to Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act. This report will be updated a minimum of every 30 days. This report is as of 10/27/2020:
An acknowledgement that the institution signed and returned to the Department the Certification and Agreement and the assurance that the institution has used, or intends to use, no less than 50 percent of the funds received under Section 18004(a)(1) of the CARES Act to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to students.

A ‘lump’ technology payout was given to approximately 850 students prior to the fall that met the following eligibility requirements as of 8/25/2020:
- Undergraduates who attended Spring 2020 in a non-fully online program
- Good academic and Financial Aid standing in Spring 2020 and in Fall 2020
- No outstanding paperwork due to the Financial Aid office
- FAFSA on file (for 2021) with an EFC of 12000 or less
- Had not previously received CARES Act funding in excess of $2000
- Were registered to attend fall 2020
Any instructions, directions, or guidance provided by the institution to students concerning the Emergency Financial Aid Grants.
All instructions regarding applying can be found in the Emergency Aid Application. Students who receive funding will be notified via email. The email will include information on how funds will be received. If the student has never received a refund, they are encouraged to contact the Cashier’s Office for instruction.
