Service & Medicine Fees 2016 – 2017
- Please check for Health Services availability by calling us at (262) 595-2366 or logging into MyChart.
- Walk-in Service is available for sick visits, contraceptives refills & immunizations. Check Facebook and Twitter for daily walk-in times.
- Appointments are required for all counseling visits, physicals & women’s health yearly exams.
- Charges for services will appear on your SOLAR account; please pay online or in cash at the Cashier’s Office.
- Any balance not paid in full by the end of the month will result in a hold on your SOLAR account until the balance due is paid.
