Dr. Ife O. Ajaiyeoba is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Ajaiyeoba has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in HR, Organizational Behavior, and Management. Her research interests include the workplace experiences of nurses, careers (including career choice and motives), leadership, employee engagement, and the brain drain of healthcare professionals in Africa. She is also skilled in data analysis, particularly regression analysis and structural equation modeling
