- Home Dashboard: Get a quick snapshot of your program, schedule and progress)
- Track Progress: View your GPA, current classes and detailed audits to stay information about your academic standing
- Plan your Path: Easily map out future courses with drag-and-drop functionality to design your prefect academic timeline.
- Explore Your “What Ifs”: Add programs to your profile to see updated requirements and timelines and explore options.
- Schedule: Seamlessly select course sections and times that fit your plan and schedule. (Spring 2027)

Your Dashboard
Your dashboard shows your current programs, this term’s schedules, and the academic calendar.

Track Progress
This tab shows you how close you are to completing your requirements, so you know exactly where you stand toward graduation.
- Click the Track Progress tab.
- View your progress bar to see completed, registered, planned, and remaining courses.
- Scroll through your requirements to see what’s left.
- Toggle between Official (completed/registered only) and Planned (includes future courses you’ve mapped out)

Plan your Path
You can map out which courses you’ll take each term using this tool.
- Click the Plan Your Path tab.
- Review your Program of study. If your program does not reflect your current goals, be sure and update your programs by submitting a declaration form.
- Look at the Remaining Requirements on the right – these are courses or requirements you still need to take. You’ll also see Progress and search courses.
- Drag courses from the sidebar into future terms. Stellic will warn you if you are missing a prerequisite or if the course is not likely to be offered that term.
- Rearrange courses by dragging them between terms until your plan looks right.

FAQs
Will this replace the current Advisement Report (AAR) in SOLAR?
Yes, the Stellic degree audit will replace the AR and will serve as the student’s official source of information for each individual student’s requirements to graduate.
Will students be able to create their personalized graduation plan in Stellic?
Yes, students will be able to easily plan their graduation.
Will students use Stellic to register for classes?
Yes, Stellic will replace Navigate Academic Planner and Solar for registration starting in Spring 2027.
