Applied Health Science Programs

The bachelor’s of science (B.S.) in applied health sciences is designed to prepare you with an interdisciplinary and liberal arts foundation for professional careers within the health care industry. One of the unique aspects of the program is its strong emphasis on hands-on, clinical experiences created for you. If you choose to enroll in the applied health science major you will be required to obtain a minimum of three hundred hours of patient contact experience within your chosen concentration area.

This major is intended primarily for you if your wish is to pursue an advanced degree in the professional fields of:
Pre-Athletic Training
