NONRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIPS
Nonresident Scholarships
Undergraduate first time degree seeking students from states outside the Midwest are charged the nonresident tuition rate. New first-time students can qualify for one of our Nonresident Scholarships. Each scholarship is prorated, based on the number of credits the student is enrolled in. The amounts listed represent full-time enrollment and are based on 2024-2025 tuition rates. These scholarships do not apply to students who are admitted into programs which are charged at different tuition rates than the traditional nonresident tuition rate. COST PER CREDIT OVER 18 CREDITS
You will be assessed the single credit rate for each additional credit taken for all credits 19 and up.

Online Fee per credit $35.00.
Nursing differencial fee per credit $31.52, course/class fees vary.

Audit Fees
You may choose to register for a course as an audit, which means you will not earn credit for the course.
If you are a degree seeking student, audit courses will be billed at the same rate as degree seeking credits.
If you are admitted as an AUDIT ONLY student, you will qualify for special audit pricing based on your residency per the audit fee schedule on the right.
Per-credit audit fees and course-specific fees, such as lab fees, will still apply.

In accordance with Regent Policy 4-10. the charge for Non – Credit Audit only courses shall be:
