Friday, OCT 11

• Cuban Cespedes & Rumbambere Band
  Noon
  Join the Cuban Cespedes in a noon concert in the RITA. Noon concerts are free and open to the public. Parking in the RITA is free during the concert. 
• Women's Soccer Game
  1 PM
  Cheer on the UW-Parkside women's soccer team as they face off against Grand Valley State University. Purchase tickets here. 

• Ranger Tailgate and Volleyball Game
  4:30-6 PM
  Join us for a lively pre-game celebration with offerings from local food trucks and activities for the whole family, before the Rangers take on Grand Valley State at 6 p.m. Attending the Ranger tailgate gets you free admission to the volleyball game. Register here. 

Saturday, OCT 12

• Homecoming Reflections-CANCELED!
  9 AM
  Alumni, emeritus faculty/staff, and giving society donors will gather to reflect and celebrate Parkside through the years. Meet Chancellor Lynn Akey, reunite with other alumni, and share your memories. Register here. 

• Lunch at the Brickstone
  NOON
  Relive your campus memories over lunch at the Brickstone!

• Carrie: The Musical: The Escape Room
  NOON-1 PM
  Teams of two to eight individuals will confront a box locked with several different systems, each solvable with information found in a “Carrie: The Musical”-themed room! Teams have 17 minutes to get out! 

• Parkside Past, Present, and Future: Library Tour
  1-2 PM
  Join our library expert to discuss GenCon@UWP exhibit and the new library changes. GenCon@UWP is a display detailing the origin and the UW-Parkside years of the largest fantasy gaming convention in North America, attracting over 70,000 visitors this year. The exhibit includes photos, news clippings, and artifacts from the Parkside years. This tour will take approximately 50 minutes. Meet in the Library L1. Register here. 

• Parkside Past, Present, and Future: Sustainability Tour
  2-3 PM
  Join our sustainability cooridnator, Emily Reed, on a tour of the sustainabilty features of campus. This walking tour will start in Wyllie, highlighting sustainability features, and walk to the solar farms, community gardens and more. This tour will take approximately 45 minutes. Meet in Wyllie D1 Main Place. Register here.

• PEAG Trick or Treat
  2-4 PM
  Stay warm and dry this trick-or-treating season by joining the Parkside Employee Alumni Group (PEAG) for indoor trick-or-treating in the Parkside Library. Tables will be set up around the library for kids to collect candy and toys. Meet Ranger Bear and explore the new renovations to the library space. We can't wait to welcome you and your little ones back to campus! (Recommended for ages 1-12)

• Women's Volleyball
  2 PM
  Join UW-Parkside women's volleyball game as they face off against Wayne State University. Puchase tickets here. 

• Parkside Symphony & Community Orchestra
  3 PM
  Tickets are $5 for students/faculty/staff and $10 for everyone else. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Rita Box Office Tuesdays-Thursdays 1 pm-4 pm.

• Parkside Past, Present, & Future: Science Labs Tour
  3-4 PM
  Join John Skalbeck, interim dean of the College of Natural and Health Sciences, in a tour of the new science labs on campus. Tours will feature the SC Johnson Integrated Science Lab, Biology Labs, Geoscience labs, and Medical Laboratory Science lab. This tour is approximately 50 minutes. Register here.

• Parkside Past, Present & Future: Theatre and the BTS of Carrie Production Tour
  4:30-5:30 PM
  Take a tour of the RITA and view behind the scenes of Carrie: The Musical as they get ready for the premiere on Oct. 18. This tour is approximately 50 minutes. Register here.

• Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
  7 PM
  Celebrate the achievements of our outstanding athletes and their contributions to UW-Parkside's legacy. Puchase tickets here.

Sunday, OCT 13

• Women's Soccer

  Come support the UW-Parkside women's soccer team at home as they take on Saginaw State University. Purchase tickets here. 

• Men's Soccer
  2:30 PM
  Catch the UW-Parkside Men's soccer team in an electrifying match as they go head to head with Maryville University. Puchase tickets here. 

• Haunted Trails for Kids
  4 PM
  Kick off Halloween early with Women's Basketball on the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course. Warm up with a family friendly Trunk or Treat. Puchase tickets here. 

• Haunted Trails
  7 PM
  Get your blood pumping as the sun goes down and the real fright begins. (Recommended for ages 14+). Puchase tickets here.
