Work With Us

Looking for a clear, responsive way to collaborate with UW–Parkside?
We know partners often need speed, clarity, and practical outcomes—not a long runaround. ARISE is designed to make it easier to start the right conversation, scope what’s feasible, and connect you to the best UW–Parkside pathway.

Ways to Collaborate

Applied Research Partnerships

What it is: Collaborate with UW–Parkside faculty on applied, use-inspired research tied to real-world needs.
Typical timeframe: Varies by scope; initial scoping can begin quickly once we receive your request.
What you get: A structured scoping conversation, a clear project pathway, and (when feasible) a defined plan for deliverables and check-ins.

Rapid Response Training Partnerships

What it is: Partner-responsive training designed to support workforce needs through UW–Parkside expertise.
Typical timeframe: Depends on topic and delivery format; we’ll clarify feasibility and timeline during scoping.
What you get: A proposed training approach (audience, format, outcomes), reusable module options when available, and a clear delivery plan when feasible.

Scoping Conversation (Start Here)

What it is: Not sure what type of collaboration fits? Start with a short scoping conversation.
Typical timeframe: Designed to be fast—focused on clarifying need, fit, and next steps.
What you get: A recommended pathway (applied research, training, referral to another unit) and a clear set of next steps.

Faculty Expertise Matching

What it is: Help identifying UW–Parkside faculty expertise that aligns with your goals.
Typical timeframe: Timing depends on specificity and availability; we’ll follow up with clarifying questions if needed.
What you get: A short list of potential faculty/areas to explore and a recommended engagement pathway.
