Spring Elevate Session #2: Mental Health Matters: A Workshop for Leaders
Leadership takes drive, determination, expert communication – but it also takes self-care. You can’t care for others until you care for yourself. Whether you see yourself as a stand-out supervisor or a behind-the-scenes supporter, leadership is an important part of your professional identity in all work settings. Khari Davis (’23), the graduate assistant for Parkside’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program, will lead this session and provide helpful strategies for cultivating your leadership potential and setting healthy boundaries.
A group snack will be provided. Feel free to bring your lunch and eat while you learn!
