“Building MOSAIC: A Peer to Peer Diversity Education Program” by Colette Bell at University Wisconsin-Parkside named Program of the Year
Colette Bell and her presentation on the MOSAIC Educators as the recipient of the program of year at this year's WCPA conference. As you may be aware, MOSAIC was initiated as a student component of Summer Institute and Jim Robinson's desire to serve Faculty, Staff, and Students. OMSA accepted the responsibility for the student component and Bell has led the way.
WCPA has been around for nearly 50 years helping professionals around the higher education field develop in various ways. Their mission is to provide low-cost, high quality professional development for the higher education community in Wisconsin. They are able to live out this mission through numerous avenues. Their Annual Fall Conference is held each year in October in the centrally located Wisconsin Dells.
