UW-Parkside to host voter registration event – with pumpkins!

SOMERS – The University of Wisconsin-Parkside College of Social Sciences and Professional Studies and Alan E. Guskin Center for Community & Business Engagement are hosting a free community event for people to get voter information and register to vote if they have not done so yet. The event will be held in the Parkside Pumpkin Patch outside the Student Center Plaza on October 20 and 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. And attendees won’t just get voter information—they can get a free pumpkin, too!

Please make sure to bring a valid driver’s license if you are planning to register to vote. Please contact Debra Karp at karp@uwp.edu for questions.
