Help Desk & Desktop Support Services

Help Desk and Desktop Support consultants can assist you with all things technology related, whether you need help configuring or using a computer or program for the first time or troubleshooting when things are not working the way they normally do.

Contact the Help Desk when you need help with any campus technology-related issue.

Tracking your help request:

  • The Help Desk uses special software "FootPrints" to track technology-related problems and issues. When you call the Help Desk, staff members will ask for your UW Parkside ID so they can track the incident and respond to you using your campus contact information.

  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the Help Desk creates a ticket for an unresolved technology issue and also when your incident is officially closed.
