Dr. Chang received her B.S. degree in chemistry from National Taiwan University, Taiwan and her Ph.D. degree in chemical physics from Columbia University in New York. She did postdoctoral research at the University of California – Los Angeles and at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. After working as a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she joined the chemistry department at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, where she has taught since 1999.
