Dr. Renee Adebile is an associate professor of finance at the University of Wisconsin Parkside with over 7 years of experience teaching finance to students at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Her students indicate that she is a dedicated teacher who continuously focuses on student success as she seeks to provide students with an excellent environment focusing on experiential learning. She served in multiple leadership and service positions for her institutions, community, and profession. She led numerous university-level committees, served as a faculty senator, and is a certified evaluator for the Accreditation Council of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Dr. Adebile has also served on more than 9 program committees for academic conferences ranging from the Southwestern Finance Association, Southern Finance Association, Eastern Finance Association, and Financial Management Association. As a reviewer, she has contributed to journals such as the Journal of Managerial Finance, the International Journal of Managerial Finance, The Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, The International Journal of Finance and Economics, etc. Her research focuses on corporate finance, emphasizing the impact of social capital, trust, and gender diversity on financial outcomes. Her publications include contributions to The Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, the Journal of Financial Research, the International Journal of Managerial Finance, the Journal of Emerging Market Finance, the International Journal of Portfolio Analysis and Management, etc.
