REDress Project Display

May 03, 2021 - May 07, 2021
All Day
Student Center Display Case (D1 Level near staircase)
The REDress Project was a public installation created in response to the missing and murdered Native women epidemic in Canada and the United States. The red dresses memorialize thousands of lost women. The National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women is May 5. In recognition of the day, come see the display in the Student Center display case on the D1 Level near the staircase from May 3-7, 2021. For more information about the REDress Project, click here to see the presentation by Dr. Heather Kind-Keppel during Native American Heritage Month.
