The University of Wisconsin-Parkside is located in the town of Somers, Kenosha County, minutes from downtown Kenosha and downtown Racine, and about one hour from Milwaukee or Chicago. Here, on our idyllic campus set on 700 acres of natural Wisconsin prairie and woodland, you'll find energetic students making the most of their higher-education experience.

With open spaces like our on-campus 18-hole disc golf course, a diverse variety of student organizations, and our position as a regional center for the performing arts, Parkside is truly a focal point of local, regional and global progress.

The best way to discover what makes UW-Parkside unique is to experience it for yourself. We encourage and invite prospective students, alumni and friends of the university to visit the campus, take a tour, and attend the many arts and humanities programs or NCAA Division II athletic events that contribute to the cultural vitality and economic growth of southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois.
