Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design sport performance programs for assigned teams
• Coaching Athletes on Strength, Speed and Conditioning
• Coverage of weight room facility
• Communication with sport coaches and sports medicine staff
• HESM teaching requirements
• 10 hours of S&C desk coverage during fall and spring semester
• 20 hours of desk coverage during non semester throughout the 10 month contract

Education, Experience, Training and/or Certifications

Required

• Bachelors Degree
• Must be SCCC or NSCA certified
• Strong work ethic, passion and a desire to become a Strength Coach
• Attention to detail
• High moral and integrity values
• Positive energy with good communication skills

Commensurate depending on qualifications and experience.
