A Scenic Designer's Travelogue

Keith Harris has had an incredibly successful 30 years here at Parkside as a scenic designer for the Theatre Department.
Scenic Design is one of the most challenging aspects of theatre and many people don't realize how difficult it is. The artwork that is being displayed includes everything from sketches of the set to scale models, and even photos from the shows.
Keith's artwork is beautiful and when the designs become a reality, they're breathtaking. Parkside is lucky to have such a talented theatre artist and we are even luckier to have an entire exhibit dedicated to him.
Keith's work will be displayed in the Mathis Gallery until June 25th so make sure you stop in and see it! The Gallery Reception will be held on May 2 at 6pm.
