Prior to joining Reinhart, Bahr worked for nearly 15 years in the financial services industry as the Director of Human Resources at State Financial Bank and Southport Bank. In each of these roles, she led efforts to increase employee engagement, client satisfaction and operational excellence to improve overall organizational performance.

“Beth is a committed and enthusiastic leader who has played a key role in the success of our firm,” says Reinhart CEO Jerry Janzer. “From overseeing all HR policies, processes and procedures, to helping the firm develop talent and maintain our client services standards, Beth is a true team player. She excels at planning, strategy and communication, and makes it at top priority that all of our employees have a positive working experience. This recognition is much deserved.”
