The Innovations in Learning team supports courses created at UW-Parkside from the early stages of development all the way through to the finished product.

The team provides a number of services, including instructional design support, such as formative assessment for courses, interactive learning integration, pedagogical workshops, and individual consultations. Some of the consultations they’ve offered include “How to Utilize Canvas in Your Course” and “What Third Party Tools Can Work for You.” The team is also up to date on the latest campus technology and is always ready to assist faculty and staff with integrating this technology into classrooms, workshops, and meeting. This includes training in Canvas, Kaltura, Blackboard Collaborate, and more. The team also has a variety of tools to make online content stand out, be interactive, and make courses engaging. With their video production and visual media tools and know-how, they have helped faculty and staff create more engaging and accessible courses.

Congratulations, Linda, Maggie, Hannah, and Steve!
