Center for International Studies Host Talk by Irene Bilak

On Monday, March 3rd the Center for International Studies hosted a talk by Irene Bilak. Mrs. Bilak discussed current instabilities in Ukraine. A native Ukrainian, Mrs. Bilak lived in an all-Ukrainian Displaced Persons Camp in Austria before immigrating to the US with her family in 1949. She is a retired educator and is active in the Ukrainian community in Milwaukee and Chicago, and active in the Kenosha Writers' Group.
