Peter Knight Community Engaged Learning and Research Award

Although perhaps best known as "Coach Knight" on our campus for the many awards consistently won by sales and marketing teams in national competition, Dr. Peter Knight has engaged nearly 300 students in approximately 70 community-based learning projects in Marketing-Research and Multi-Cultural marketing classes and independent studies since 2008.

Numerous repeat clients and a number of these projects, such as Procubed LLC, provided paid internship and research opportunities through grant funding. Dr. Knight also supports community engagement through participation on a variety of not-for-profit boards and acting as founding advisor for Parkside's Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
