Ranger Wellness started several years ago when a student approached staff. We all know as students that our health is sometimes put aside while we focus on studies and work. He wanted to focus on health and how to live a complete healthy life.
Campus Activities and Engagement have taken over the month of wellness showing students how to live a healthy life from a more balance diet, to exercise, and even focusing on financial health. Activities are happening everyday.
