UW Flexible Option Business Degree Among the Most Affordable

SOMERS - The new online University of Wisconsin Flexible Option bachelor of science in business administration degree is innovative and accessible. Add to that, affordable. Dr. Suresh Chalasani, professor of business at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, the UW institution that hosts the program, calls the UW Flexible Option “transformative.”

“Students earn credit by passing assessments,” said UW-Parkside Provost Dr. Rob Ducoffe. “They’re able to draw upon knowledge acquired through prior course work, military training, or career experience to pass assessments more quickly.”
The GBS website describes an affordable, online business degree as a game-changer for working adults. The UW Flexible Option business administration degree is the only degree of its kind in an AACSB-accredited business school, assuring students of its high quality.
“Less than 5 percent of business programs worldwide have earned the prestigious AACSB accreditation,” said Dr. Dirk Baldwin, dean of the UW-Parkside College of Business, Economics, and Computing.
To help students earn their degree faster, UW-Parkside faculty have intentionally designed an integrated curriculum to eliminate unnecessary redundancies that may be found in other programs.
