UW-Parkside has a pathway for you if you are considering a career change or are currently teaching on an emergency license. Your educational practice and theory classes will be offered through Parkside. When you meet with a program administrator here at Parkside, we will ask that you provide unofficial transcripts and other relevant documentation upon request.
If you are employed with an emergency license, we will collaborate with your school districts to provide you with an individualized program that leads to licensure.
If you are seeking post-baccalaureate licensure in elementary education, secondary education, or special education, or have a general inquiry regarding post-baccalaureate licensure, please contact our teacher education advisor, Pa Houa Yang, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
