- Under "Applying To", choose "UW-Parkside"
- Under "Citizenship: Are you a U.S. citizen?" international students should select "No" and choose their U.S. Residency Status.
- New students who live outside the United States and are looking to apply for the first time should select "Need to Apply for Student Visa (not residing in US)"

TRANSCRIPTS
At the time of application, students must have already completed or be close to completing secondary school (high school).
Send your official secondary school transcripts (mark sheets) in English by mail or submit online.

If you have taken any university-level courses or completed an undergraduate degree, official college or university transcripts must be submitted to UW-Parkside as well as a professional evaluation service that is recognized through NACES (naces.org). We recommend:
The evaluation typically takes 3-4 weeks. The service provider will send the completed evaluation to UW-Parkside.

PROOF OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
Students whose prior education was not conducted in English are required to submit proof of language proficiency. English proficiency may be demonstrated in the following ways:
- Minimum TOEFL score of 71 (internet based)
- Minimum IELTS score of 5.5
- An ACT English subscore of 23 or higher
- Minimum EIKEN score of 2304
- Minimum GTEC score of 1140

FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP
International students requiring student visas must certify that they have enough financial support for the first full year of their education. Students may have more than one sponsor, if they choose.
Note: Photocopies of these documents cannot be accepted.
Submit:

- Bank statements clearly showing financial resources in US dollars.

Those requiring a student visa must also submit a clear, easy-to-read copy of the personal information page of your passport.
CONDITIONAL ADMISSIONS
The University of Wisconsin-Parkside is able to offer conditional admission to undergraduate and graduate applicants who meet academic and financial requirements and are enrolled in an ELS Program. Students must demonstrate completion of the ELS level 112 intensive program – English for academic purpose for full admissions consideration.
GRE
At this time, only the Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems program requires official GRE score reports from applicants.
