  • Work with your Gateway Academic Advisor to find the best Liberal Arts program for your career goal – AA or AS

  • Connect with your Gateway Academic Advisor to plan out your college courses and get started with your first semester

15-30 credits earned

  • Identify a potential transfer major
  • Submit your Intent to Transfer form
  • Touch base with a UW-Parkside Transfer Counselor by appointment or during a scheduled visit at a Gateway campus

30-45 credits earned

  • Check with your Gateway advisor to ensure you are on track for graduation
  • Stay connected with a UW-Parkside Transfer Counselor by appointment or during a scheduled visit at a Gateway campus to ensure you are on track for transfer
  • Get support from EOC staff with transfer admission application and FAFSA

45-60 credits earned

  • Apply to UW-Parkside* (see notes below)
  • Once admitted, complete the transfer onboarding course and schedule a meeting with your UW-Parkside Academic Advisor to register for classes

After graduation from Gateway

  • Submit final official Gateway transcript with awarded degree to UW-Parkside
  • Start your UW-Parkside classes
