Check out José Angel Gutiérrez, a civil rights organizer, attorney, and professor. Gutiérrez was a founding member of the Mexican American Youth Organization (MAYO) and a founding member and past president of the Raza Unida Party, a Mexican-American third party movement that supported candidates for elected office. This presentation is on the content of his recently published books on FBI surveillance files that targeted Cesar E. Chavez and the United Farm Workers of America Union and of Reyes Lopez Tijerina and the Alianza Federal de Mercedes land recovery movement.
