Emerging Leaders: The ABC's of Successful Leadership

Leadership and Management are two vital elements of an efficient workplace that sometimes get combined into one role. Participants will create an intentional action plan that can drive their development while enabling the success of their organizations. 

Attendees in this course will complete a guided workbook and breakout exercises to:

• Recognize different leadership styles and how to discover your own personal leadership style 
• Learn the impact of Antecedents, Behaviors, and Consequences and how to conduct a base level team analysis 
• Coach based on High Impact Behaviors that can sustain or improve business results
• Learn to manage diverse responses to times of conflict and change
