ParksideSTUDIO: Waiting for Godot
March 21, 2025

The Rita, Main Stage Theatre
Vladimir and Estragon, two seemingly homeless men wait near a tree for someone—or something—named Godot, an enigmatic figure in a world where time, place and memory are blurred and meaning is where you find it. The result is a comical wordplay of poetry, dreamscapes, and nonsense, which has been interpreted as humankind’s inexhaustible search for existential meaning and is heralded as one of the most magical and beautiful allegories of our time.
ParksideSTUDIOs are Parkside student directed and realized plays, with mentorship by Parkside Theatre faculty.
