The Geological Society of America offers internships for undergraduates in National Parks, BLM lands, and other federal lands. You can work with staff geologists on projects from river erosion around Mt. Rainier to karst geomorphology in West Virginia or Alaska.

The applications for GeoCorps internships are due Feb. 3. Search through the list of positions for one or more that interest you!

Internships such as these are great opportunities to work on a research project and start to build your professional network. Whether you are interested in heading to graduate school or going straight into the workforce after graduation, opportunities such as these will help you build a competitive resume or CV.
