Wagner Presents at ASC

Philip Wagner, assistant professor of criminal justice, presented a paper at the American Society of Criminology in New Orleans, Nov. 15. His paper provides a look at why both positive and negative news stories go viral online, through using scenario questions, which are based in real life events. The presentation titled, "Hit Like and Share if What?" is part of the American Society of Criminology's "Online Construction of Crime and Deviance" panel.
