Dr. Mita Banerjee is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where she balances academic leadership with a deep commitment to teaching and transformative research. In addition to her faculty role, she serves as the Director of the <b>Sociology Online Degree Program</b> and the <b>International Studies Program</b>, driving institutional efforts to expand educational access and global engagement.
