Students from states other than Wisconsin and Minnesota are charged the nonresident tuition rate. New first-time students can qualify for one of our Nonresident Scholarships. Each scholarship is prorated, based on the number of credits the student is enrolled in. Amounts listed represent full-time enrollment and are based on 2019-2020 estimated tuition rates. These scholarships do not apply to students who are admitted into consortium programs which are charged at different tuition rates than the nonesident tuition rate.
Graduated from an accredited Community college with an AA or AS and an active member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
3.0 GPA or above
