His leadership and clinical skills helped mentor, guide, and teach dentists to become the professional that they are capable of being, helping them build their courage and will to advance their professional career pathway for success in the workplace and in life. He has been recognized as a Doctor Leader of the Year, the Doctor Spirit Award of the year and has been an active leader and participant in developing the very first Caries Risk Assessment Registry in dentistry in 2017.
When he isn’t influencing and impacting change from the traditional dental practice model to the emerging oral healthcare delivery model, he spends time building award quality historical WWII models and dioramas, enjoying his grandchildren and family and preparing for his next life’s chapter – retirement.
