Dr. Otu began his journey at the University of Parkside in 2012 as the first Dean of the College of Natural and Health Sciences. During his years of service to Parkside, his leadership and vision have laid the foundation for future success, inspiring us all with what is possible when you believe. His retirement marks the culmination of 35 years of dedicated service as a Professor, Department Chair, and Dean across various institutions.
