Orientation - Transfer Students
Welcome to #RangerNation. Your Ranger experience starts here! As a Transfer student, we have different supports and opportunities in place for you to successfully complete your transition to Parkside.
You're almost there! Here are your next steps:
1. Activate your Parkside Account, as you will need this to register for classes.
2. Review your Math & English Placement if you haven't already.
3. Download the Navigate 360 App & Complete the New Enrollment Onboarding Journey. This will review how to set up an appointment with your advisor to register for classes and other important transition information.
*First Year, Adult, and Re-entry/re-admit students should visit the appropriate page for further information on their next steps.

This information is for students starting for the Summer/Fall 2025 term.
*If you are beginning courses in winter/spring of 2026, please return to our website September 15 for your next steps.
We can't wait to welcome you to campus! Please read below for your next steps in committing to UW-Parkside.
New Enrollment Onboarding Journey
We ask all incoming students to complete our New Enrollment Onboarding Journey using our Navigate360 student app. This process will show you how to schedule an appointment with an advisor to register for classes. Navigate360 is a tool used by all students for various academic endeavors during your time at Parkside.
Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to access Journeys
You'll need to activate your Parkside account to access Navigate. Haven't done so yet? Activate here! Forgot your password? Reset it here!
*Remember, if you do not have any transferable Math or English credit (previous college coursework or AP scores), we ask that you please review your Math and English placements on our Placement website.
Transfer Connection Events
Various optional Transfer Connection Events for transfer students will be held to provide students with the opportunity to learn about campus resources and success tools at Parkside.
Transfer One Stop events are optional in-person programs that will allow students to obtain their Ranger ID Card, parking pass, register for classes in-person with an advisor, apply for housing, and speak with various campus departments such as Financial Aid and the University Bookstore. We highly encourage you to register if you are able to help with your transition to Parkside!
