Activate Your Account
If you haven't already, activate your account. An email was sent to you with the subject "UW-Parkside Account Activation" from the email admprocessing@uwp.edu. If you are having trouble finding the email, check your spam or junk folders. Note: If you did not provide a valid e-mail address, your account activation information was sent by mail.

New Student Orientation and Placement Testing 
You must take a placement test before orientation unless you have satisfactory transfer credit. If you are unsure if your credit is applicable, contact the Admissions Office.
Orientation, advising, and registration is a required for all new students. Learn how to use campus technology, attend advising, and register for classes. Log into the orientation website and choose from available dates. Register as soon as possible!

Find out more about living on campus and complete your housing contract. Whether you think you might qualify or not, we recommend all students submit the  Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA.) Learn more about veterans benefits and required documentation.

Other Things to Know Before Orientation
Make sure to send in your final transcripts before orientation.  We encourage you to review our Student Guide for Success and begin to explore by checking out our course schedule and course planning worksheet.
