Services for Individuals
Consultations
Schedule a consultation to discuss course design, teaching methods, inclusive teaching approaches, assessment strategies, student feedback, and more. All individual consultations are voluntary and confidential.
Collaborative Teaching Discussions
This service includes the recording of a class session, an observation of a different class session by our director or a trained peer reviewer, and review of the syllabus and other course materials. We then schedule a consultation to discuss what is working well and identify opportunities for improvement.
Teaching with Technology
Would you like to incorporate a new or existing form of technology into your classes? Our partners in Innovations in Learning are available to help you identify tools that might enhance your students' learning experiences and to assist with integration if an appropriate technology is identified. Assistance is available for online, face-to-face, and hybrid courses.
Services for Departments and Colleges
Consultations
Schedule a consultation to discuss your unit’s teaching needs, facilitate curriculum revision and design, create or review departmental student learning goals, generate program-level rubrics, or address other instructional or assessment needs. Consultations can also be used to help plan courses taught in multiple sections by different instructors or for curriculum planning within or across academic units.

Workshops
All of our regular workshops can be arranged on a departmental or college level. If there is a workshop topic that your department needs, please let us know and we will work to develop it.
