APP FACTORY

The App Factory provides a creative, professional, interdisciplinary learning space focused on developing mobile apps for community clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Gain experience working with clients on projects as part of internships or course credit.

GIS FACTORY

The GIS Factory (Geographic Information Systems) provides opportunities for students to work on client-based projects that require mapping and spatial analysis. Students not only practice and improve their GIS knowledge; they also learn valuable professional skills such as meeting deadlines, accommodating client needs in efficient and cost savings approaches, project time and cost estimation.

RALPH JAESCHKE SOLUTIONS FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH CENTER

The Ralph Jaeschke Solutions for Economic Growth Center (SEG) provides opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with regional and international companies to solve real business problems. Learn project management skills and use critical thinking to identify issues and find realistic business solutions. in a team setting, business students work on approximately 30-40 business projects each semester.

SALES CENTER

The Sales Center provides a home to support sales education, career development and research. Qualified and experienced faculty with the active participation of the Sales Center Advisory Board, comprised of industry professionals and National Sales Competition Champions, strive to provide a world class sales education for UW-Parkside students.     

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides education, training, and complimentary one-on-one counseling to entrepreneurs and existing business owners throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

TEACHER EDUCATION

The Teacher Education Institute is focused on creating a regional 21st century learning community in southeastern Wisconsin bringing together future educators with current educators through a unique co-teaching model. The program prepares effective educators who understand the challenges of today's classrooms and are able to work toward making the most of tomorrow's opportunities.
