University Liaison - Faculty

Faculty Liaison Qualifications 

On-Site Observation Form – faculty liaisons must perform 2 on-site visits to the PACC course during the semester to observe instruction and collaborate on content delivery.  It is suggested that these visits occur every 7 weeks or so.  Completed forms should be returned to the PACC Office at pacc@uwp.edu.

Course Development Completion Form – after completing the collaborative development process with the university faculty liaison complete this form and return it to the PACC Office at pacc@uwp.edu.
