Leadership and Personalized Studies Major

Are you interested in more than one academic discipline? Looking for flexibility and innovation within your degree program? And are you ready to help shape a community of connection, inclusion, and engagement? If so, a Leadership and Personalized Studies major may fit right in with your academic and personal needs.

This major is comprised of a broad base of disciplines, grounded in the liberal arts tradition. As a graduate of the Leadership and Personalized Studies program, you will develop a wide range of skills that can be adapted to your career goals and areas of interest.

You are dedicated to getting the degree you want, and you want to finish as quickly as possible. Our program is designed to help you take control of your education. You'll have the flexibility to create your own path to degree completion, career success, and ultimately a more fulfilling quality of life. With expert guidance from your advisor and faculty from across many disciplines, turn your "little bit of everything" into something.

As you work with your advisor, you will develop a plan that puts your goals at the center of every decision you make. You can choose from face-to-face, hybrid, or online courses, which means this hybrid major has the flexibility of an online program with the convenient option to choose in-person courses, too.
