The Department of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside is inviting applications for two (2) full time Lecturers in Mathematics beginning Fall of 2014.
The successful candidate with a Master’s degree will teach introductory mathematics courses up through the level of college algebra and trigonometry and/or conduct discussion sections for those courses. The successful candidate with Ph.D. could also teach higher-level undergraduate courses in mathematics.
Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses, advising undergraduate students; service activities to the department and university; and working collaboratively with the University Community. Working with diverse populations and non-traditional students is essential for this position.
