The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a Part-time University Service Associate 2 vacancy in the Center for Community Partnership.

Salary: Pay Schedule/Pay Range: 02-10. The pay range is $14.1082 - $15.2797 and is based on experience. A six-month permissive probation period may be required.

Job duties: This position assists the Adventures in Lifelong Learning (ALL) membership by providing administration and coordination of program activities. This position also collaborates with the Center of Community Partnership operation team and is responsible for scheduling, planning, assigning, and guiding ALL programs along with taking registrations, fees, and payments and the ability to formulate them into financial and demographic reports.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   Ability to type and use word processing equipment effectively is required. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and be able to tolerate phone and other types of interruptions during the workday.
