Dean Assistant - (Internal Transfer Candidates Only)

The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has Dean Assistant vacancy in the College of Letters and Sciences & Professional Studies.

Salary: Pay Schedule/Pay Range: 02-12. Pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion transactions; pay will not be less than the minimum of the pay range, $16.502/hr. A six-month permissive probation period may be required.

Job Duties: The primary duties for the Dean Assistant include: provision of administrative support to the Dean and Associate Dean; manage calendars and coordinate scheduling; notify of deadlines; screen and prioritize calls, mail, visitors and requests for appointments and information; assist with budget needs, resolve administrative support problems; assist with recruitments; process personnel records; generate correspondence; create and maintain records; prepare forms; prepare for meetings, seminars and conferences and coordinate travel arrangements; attend and record meetings; set up and maintain social media accounts; and maintain contingency fund.
