The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a University Services Program Associate vacancy in our Center for Community Partnerships office.

Salary: Pay Schedule/Pay Range: 02-11. Pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion transactions; pay will not be less than the minimum of the pay range, $15.258/hr. A six-month permissive probation period may be required.


Job duties: This position assists adult noncredit Continuing Education by providing administration and coordination of program activities. Judgment and discretion are required when assuming office and program responsibility in absence of the Continuing Education Director. This position will require taking registration, fees, and payments, using a customer management and open enrollment system and monitoring, tracking, and analyzing financial and enrollment data for census for all noncredit CE workshops, conferences, classes and courses.
