University Services Program Associate

The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a University Services Program Associate opening in the Center for Community Partnerships.

This is a classified, full-time, non-represented position. Job Announcement Code 14-04511. Class title code 08500.

Job Duties: This position provides assistance and support to the Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) program operations, program logistics and administration, to include: continuing education and community engagement programs, financial data, division reports, marketing and the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the CCP at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required abilities include typing ability of 35 WPM or greater; proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Excel and web navigation; excellent oral and written communication skill; ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a minimum amount of time; tolerate phone and other interruptions with a minimum amount of discomfort; exercise good judgment and work independently; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of co-workers and community members.

Salary: Pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion transactions. Pay will not be less than the minimum of the 02-11 pay range, $15.411/hour. A six month permissive probation period may be required.
